What does a free start include?

Every new business gets 14 free days of Cloud Growth the moment it's made, with no card and nothing to choose: the online till, every till in step, up to 3 branches, customers shared across them, consolidated reports and nightly backups. You can take real mobile money and card payments on it, on the same terms a paid plan has — a verified payout account and our approval of the business, which is a person's decision and not instant. WhatsApp ordering isn't part of it, because it isn't released yet. When the 14 days end without a plan, the business stops selling and is kept as it is: choose a plan whenever you're ready and carry on where you left off.

Who pays the processing fee?

Your customer, by default, so the full price of the order reaches you. Qovah adds nothing of its own; the fee is Paystack's, who process the payment. The checkout shows the customer what they'll pay, that fee included, before they pay it. If you'd rather carry it yourself, turn it off in online order settings on either till, and it comes out of what settles to you instead.

What does Qovah cost?

Cloud Starter is GHS 179 a month or GHS 1,790 a year for one branch; Growth is GHS 379 or GHS 3,790 for 3; Business is GHS 899 or GHS 8,990 for 10. A year costs 10 months. Growth and Business add branches at GHS 99 a month or GHS 990 a year each, up to 20 in total. Qovah Desktop is GHS 599 once for one computer and GHS 199 once for each extra one, with 12 months of updates and lasting use of the versions it covers. Subscriptions renew by card; cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you paid for, and a failed renewal has seven days of grace. Hardware and setup are quoted for your store.

What happens to my business if I stop paying?

It stops selling, and it's kept. Your items, your team, your customers and everything you sold stay exactly as they are, and buying a plan picks up where you left off, whether that's a week or a year later. A business that has ever sold anything keeps its records for good once a plan ends, because for a shop that only ever used the browser till we hold the only copy. A business that signed up and never sold anything is cleared up after 90 days, with a week's warning first.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes, from Cloud Growth: 3 branches are included, Business includes 10, and both can add more up to 20 in total. Every branch shares one menu, one team and one set of numbers, and you can read them together or one at a time. Starter covers a single branch and doesn't take branch add-ons. A branch that's been offline may not have sent its latest sales yet, and reports say so rather than quietly leaving them out.
