Company

Connecting you to your customers.

That is the whole of what Qovah is for. Everything we build is a way for a shop and the person buying from it to reach each other — and for the shop to keep what happened between them.

A product is just a place that connection happens.

  • The counter

Someone walks in and buys something. The till takes the order, works out the change and remembers what was sold, whether or not the network is up.

  • The pay link

They pay from their own phone, with the money they already keep there, and the shop knows it arrived before they have walked away.

  • The receipt

They get a record of what they bought, sent the moment the money is confirmed, with the shop's name and logo on it.

  • Every branch

A shop that becomes three shops stays one business, with one menu, one team and one set of customers.

  • Loyalty

The people who come back are recognised when they do, without anyone having to remember them.

  • What's next

A storefront of your own and ordering in WhatsApp: the same connection, reaching further from the counter. Neither is released yet.

Built here, for here.

Ghana is the first country Qovah is for, and that shows in the work rather than in a slogan. Prices are in cedis. Mobile money is a way to be paid, not an afterthought behind cards. The till is built on the assumption that the internet will go, because it does.

We would rather say plainly what Qovah does not do yet than win a sale on something that isn't finished. What isn't released is listed on one page, marked as not out.

Who Qovah is for

Small and medium businesses, mostly ones where somebody is standing at a counter.
