Run promotions and give discounts

Set up a happy hour that applies itself, and take money off a single order.

    Choose a kind of promotion

    In Promotions, choose New promotion: money off, a happy hour, buy some get some free, a bundle price, or spend and save.

    Say what it covers and when

    Pick everything, some categories or some items. Set the days and times it runs, or dates for a one-off. Add a code if it should only apply when a customer gives one.

    Watch it apply itself

    While it's running, prices on the till show the offer, and the ticket lists what it took off under Offers.

    Give a one-off discount

    On the ticket, choose Discount, then a percentage or an amount, and a reason. It comes off before tax.
