Take an order and get paid

Tap items onto the ticket, choose options, then charge it with change worked out for you.

    Tap items onto the ticket

    On New order, tap an item. If it has options, a sheet asks for them, required ones first, and shows the price as you choose.

    Change quantities

    Use + and − on a line, or tap the item again. The badge on each tile counts how many are on the ticket.

    Dine in, takeaway or delivery

    Restaurants and cafés mark each order, so the kitchen packs it right and reports can tell them apart.

    Charge

    Choose Charge. For cash, type what you were given or tap a suggested note; Qovah shows the change due. With Desktop, choose Mobile money or Card and add the transaction ID.

  5. 5

    Done

    Complete the order. It's saved, sent to the kitchen board if you use one, and you can copy or print the receipt.
