Set up your business

Name your business, pick its type, currency, features and look, and protect the till with a PIN.

    Tell Qovah about your business

    Type its name and choose what you do: restaurant, café & bakery, retail shop, supermarket, salon & spa, or other services. Qovah changes its screens and words to suit.

    Choose your currency

    Ghana cedi is first in the list, with naira, shillings, rand, dollars, euros and more. You can show prices with the symbol (GH₵) or the code (GHS).

    Check the features

    Qovah switches on what businesses like yours usually use, such as options, order tracking or stock. Turn any of them on or off; you can change them later in Settings › Business.

    Make it yours

    Pick light or dark, and a colour. The preview changes as you choose.

    Protect the till

    Create the owner's account: name, email, password and a PIN for the till. Save the recovery key it shows you somewhere safe. Keep this local PIN separate from your Qovah online account.

    Activate access

    After setup, sign in to a Qovah account online and choose Start 14-day trial, activate a purchased Desktop seat, or sign in with active Cloud. Trial activation is one time and needs no card. Sales need valid trial, ownership or Cloud access.
